At Paradox London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes or accessories aren't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items back into their original Paradox London shoebox and secure them in a protective outer mailing bag.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
